Abel Micheletti is an API (Official Estate Agent) collegiate in Alicante Nº 879 and the founder-owner of   AM Properties.

Abel  had  visited  the Costa Blanca  region frequently since 1978  and  has been a  permanent  resident of  Altea since 1996.

Abel has  had  years of experience in the sale and rental of both,  residential  and  commercial  properties  in  different areas  of  Spain  and  this  experience  has  given  him  the ability  to  find  the  places  that  fit  his clients requirements perfectly. 

To  be  an  Official  Estate  Agent, Abel studied at the ESCEM school and CRC University in Madrid and finished  his  studies  at   L’Institut Catalâ  de  Noves  Professions in Barcelona. Later, he made the II training course from the Official Estate Agents Association getting the API’s degree.

He speaks Spanish, English, Italian and French.
